    How to extend the service life of sewage pump:

    1, disable the power supply voltage abnormal boot

    As the low-voltage power supply line is relatively long, the end of the line voltage is too low is common. When the phase voltage is lower than 198 volts, the line voltage is lower than 342 volts, the sewage pump motor speed decreases, when the rated speed of 70%, start the centrifugal switch will be closed, resulting in a long time to start the winding power and even burn Windings and capacitors. Conversely, the voltage is too high to cause the motor to overheat and burn the windings. Therefore, the sewage pump in the operation, the operator must observe the power supply voltage value at any time, if less than 10% of the rated voltage, higher than the rated voltage of 10% or more, the motor should be stopped to find out the cause and troubleshooting.

    3, the installation of leakage protector

If the leakage protector is installed, as long as the sewage pump leakage value exceeds the operating current value of the leakage protector (generally not more than 30 mA), the leakage protection device will cut off the sewage pump power, to ensure safety, while avoiding leakage, waste of electricity.

    4, cable installation and submersible pump insulation resistance requirements

    When installing the sewage pump, the cable should be overhead and the power cord should not be too long. When installed, the insulation resistance of the motor should not be less than 0.5 megohms.

    5, to avoid frequent switching

    In order to avoid long-term overload of sewage pump work, do not smoke a large amount of water and observe the current value at any time on the nameplate on the specified value, if found that the current is too large, should stop checking. In addition, the pump dehydration operation time should not be too long, so as not to overheat the motor and burned.

    7, pay attention to routine maintenance

    Usually check the motor, such as found under the cover with cracks, rubber seal ring damage or failure, etc., should be replaced or repair, to avoid water into the sewage pump.
